Winter Religious Celebrations-Cultural Expressions?

Our office is looking to decorate for all Religious and Cultural Genres. I have Christmas (tree), Feliz Navidad (?), Kwanza (7 principles) and Hanukkah (menorah, driedel)?

Am I missing anything-Any ideas on how to decorate for each one. I have a wall per holiday/culture with enough room for 6 different displays (large odd shaped room). I have to start shopping for this next week and i am at a loss on how to make it come together for as little as possible!

Wow this is a lot harder than i thought it would be. i may have to ask this again on a saturday to get a better response
