Yes because it waste energy and they are bad for your computer like hard drives and stuff like that computers don't live forever and can die like us at any time so when you get the chance to turn it off then do it.

Yes, because a computer needs to cool down just like you need to sleep. Also, a computer's hardware and devices all eventually wear out, and turning off your computer means they are not being used, and they will last longer.

if you are working in an organization do not turn it off, log it off because generally
updates are normally done in the night time
if you are using it for personel use i recomend it turning it off
