An Ipod is an MP3 player (or in other words just a small music player, minus the CD) . There are different types of Ipods; Shuffle, Nanno, and Video.
Ipod Shuffle: For music lovers who enjoy listening to music and dont really want all of the other fuss, or the price.
Ipod Nanno: For People who love music and pictures. More memmory means more music. :)
Ipod Video: For insane music lovers who can't stop watching TV or movies. Also has a photo viewer like the Nanno. The most memmory possible for the mast music possible. If you can pay the price.

Ipods are the hottest mp3 players on the market. They are very popular among teens and music lovers. There are sooo many Mp3 players(music players where u download songs) out there though. (iPods are my favorite.) iPods hold iTunes. Those are basically songs that cost 99cents. You buy them online and put them in your iPod. Lots of cellular phones(like the SLVR) hold iTunes.
There is the Ipod nano, shuffle, mini, and video. I like the video and nano. The nano is 200 bucks and the video is an expensive $400. The video is 80GB which basically means it can hold a TON of songs and photos. An iPod is a music player that plays aac files. I would suggest no iPod at all. They are the most breaking down and crap in a box you can get players. They have the most breaking issues and freezings. Like my sister just got one from her biological dad about a week ago and it allready is freezing. She had to reset her i[od for it to work again. I wouls suggest something more realiable and the same price of a video iPod plus it has many more features like a radio and sharing your music with others plus all what comes with the iPod. An Ipod is an mp3 player that can hold a ton of music, videos, and pictures. If you bought a used older ipod they don't have the video and picture feature. I recommend you buy the latest one out that has 30 gb. you can store movies, music, and photos on it( up to 7,500 songs without videos on estimate i believe.). If you don't have that many songs you can buy an ipod nano which doesn't have video function but still has the music function and is extremely small ( way way way smaller than cellphones.) but if you want you can hold out and wait until they make the new ipod! rumor has it that they will come out with one but the date is unknow but you can check out the site if you want to wait a while before you buy one to see if they come out with a new one ( they usually come out with a new model every year) good luck! hope i helped

An i-pod is a muzik device the best one depends on you. If you travel alot you mite wanna get sumthing bigger with a lot of memory like the video if your not that type of person then get something smaller like a nano with alot of memmory. ♥

An iPod is an mp3/song/music player. The newest one is the Video iPod that can also play music videos/movies. Buy the one with the most gigabytes.

Its a music player and it depends on what you want. If you want to watch vidios get a video ipod if you wan to be secretive and small do a shuffel or the new shuffel
