He doesn't wear clothes (like all the other females in Sonic games), and he doesn't have boobs.
What do you think?
(Ok...so he doesn't have a penis either, but hey, the games would be rated M if he did...)

He is a boy. He just sounds like a girl. He's kind of like that in the sonic heroes game too. I dont know about back then , but a girl plays his voice now.
