I understand that the question relates to Canada not the US.So go to Canada Revenue Agency at http://www.cra-arc.gc.ca/menu-e.html. Then open an account and obtain an e-pass from them.Once you receive the e-pass you can log in to your account ad monitor all your information including the tax refund status.

I think you need the refund amount and your soc sec #
this is for your federal refund
