Press and stretch the area where the fibromyalgia is. Drink lots of fluids and when in extreme pain lay flat with no elevation.

I have a friend with fibromyalgia who wears magnets and says she could not survive her pain without them. I have also been reading about the amazing properties of the juice of Himalyan Goji berries -- there is a claim about help for your ailment.
