You don't go to websites to download the music you do go to websites to download the software to download the music.
For less headaches just pay the 99 cents per song and get iTunes at iTunes.com or www.rhapsody.com to get Rhapsody the downloader no one can spell.
If you must download free MP3's do so at your own risk i recommend going to www.limewire.com and using LimeWire if you're using KaZaa just go ahead and take a sledge hammer to your computer now same with BearShare. make sure you have a good internet security program.

limewire is a free download program for music
as for burning cd's you need another software program for that such as Windows Media Player (which has rip and burn program options), EasyCD Creator, Nero, to name a few cd burn programs to check out
