I'm already 3 weeks late for my period and 2 home pregnancy test said "negative" Haven't made dr's appt yet. I have ALL the symptoms from my 1st pregnancy. Never needed a blood test. I may need to go for one now. Just was curious, how long do I have to wait for results? Anyone know? Thanks :)

It depends on the lab with the blood test but the doctors will do a urine test that is better then the at home ones and they will have those results in minutes and there 100% accruate

It depends on the lab. Some could take 2 hours to 1 week. I had the same thing that you had. Come to find out, I had a hormonal imbalance. A hormonal imbalance can cause a delay in your cycle and can trick your body into thinking that you are pregnant. I would still go to a doctor to get checked out and would request a blood test. Have you tried a different type of pregnancy test? Maybe that may help.

When i had my blood test done for my pregnancy it was processed over-night. So i went in on Tuesday - they took blood, i got results on Wednesday!

i have had 4 blood tests and they took 2 hrs 1 hour to clot and 1 hr process
