The State of Excitement.
Aussies will know where that is!

It is astounding how many people would prefer to live elsewhere.
Just like me!
I would like to live in an RV and have no fixed abode, my life would be one big US road trip.

Ahhh, when I retire!

I live in the state of Texas for the past 15 months. I moved here because it I was able to purchase a house much cheaper in most states. I really do not like it, but I must stay until I find another state where I can afford a similar house with a similar price. I have lived in many states including Hawaii, Florida, Oregon, Missouri, and California, but I am not sure where I would rather be. Still looking.

LOL, I live in the Great State (Sike) of Georgia. Too conservative, actually...I am planning on moving to Canada when I graduate from college. If I could live anywhere else in the US, it would probably be FAR up north...like South Dakota or Maine.

California. It's beautiful here, but so widespread I can't characterize it easily. I live in a fairly small town in the middle, and a four hour drive north takes me to a different world, while a four hour drive south takes me to a completely new, also different world. I love that. I would love to spend time in every state, as I believe they all have something great ot offer, but I don't want to live anywhere else right now.

I live in Western Pennsylvania. The changing seasons are nice, but I would much rather live on a beach, like Daytona Beach, Florida.

Currently live in OH. I like Ohio, grew up here, pretty much lived in all the cities. I like OH because the people are real and nice.

I lived in GA, like it there as well. While I was in ATL, that is the place. I think I am going back again. While OH is very nice, it is not home anymore.

I live in Florida and I like living here. I don't think I would like to live anywhere else. Possibly Washington state, where I was born.

I currently live in southern CA. I lived in NY and Dublin, Ireland. Southern CA is overpriced, crowded and polluted. -You can't beat the weather (it's true) but I miss the seasons. I guess I would rather be somewhere where I won't freeze most of the year but otherwise is the exact opposite of here...

NC - it's okay, but if I never moved here I would be a completely different person (not lie).
I would rather live in a big city like Chicago, IL or NYC, NY.

I live in TN. LOVE IT!!!! I would also like to live in VA, West VA or Kentucky (Bowling Green area). I've been all over the United States to nearly every state in the nation and I chose to move to TN because of it's beauty and the job market but I hope to one day move back to VA, where I lived for a little over a year, or to move to the mountain areas of KY. I'm a descendant of Daniel Boone so KY holds a lot of nostalgia and history for me as well.
