Calf stretch: Lunge against wall or counter top without letting heel come off the ground. Repeat with other side.

Hamstrings: Place heel on step and lean forward, keeping your back straight.

Quadriceps / hip flexors: Kneel on ground with one foot on ground in front. Keep upper body upright and lunge forward.

Low back stretch: Lie on back and pull knees to chest.

Midback / Lats stretch: Kneel on all fours and sit back on heels with arms extended out in front of you.

Rhomboid stretch: Hold arms out in front and grab opposite elbows and pull gently.

Pec stretch: Stand in doorway with forearms along door frame. Place one foot in front and lean forward.

Neck stretch: Place right hand behind back and lean head to left. Repeat to other side.

Wrist stretch: Straighten elbow in front and pull hand back fingers pointed up and then down.
