manual stretching,stretching using devices such as glansie ,combined with topical steroid creams beta-methasone etc.

ice packs mate thats all believe me I've dealt with them for years and if all else fail dorsal slit time!!!!!

there are topical creams that have proven effective,, go see a urologist
