Sheer to waist pantyhose, such as L'eggs Sheer Energy, or Peavey are very VERY sexy!

With a mini skirt, I'd have to say some very soft silky sheer to waist pantyhose with high heels. Thigh highs are nice but with a mini skirt it might make you look a little "trashy". Bare legs are such a hard thing to pull off. You have to have very nice smooth legs with very few imperfections. Such as; scars, cellulite, pale/ ashy skin, are just to name a few. Plus pantyhose to me says that you care about how you look and pay attention to detail. Oh, and if there crotchless, forget about it!!!!

depends on how your legs look if they look good ( skin )
or what the mini skirt looks like. school girl skirt white knee highs my ex girl used to wear it sometimes and always drove me crazy along with all the other guys i had to beat off.
