Which of the following does NOT influence stream velocity? discharge, laminar flow, channel size and shape, gradient, channel roughness.

I would say discharge (which is influenced by velocity and not the other way round).
Laminar flow increases velocity by reducing turbulence.
A straight channel increases velocity.
A large gradient increases velocity (obviously).
A smooth channel increases vel by increasing laminar flow.

In water systems, laminar flow occurs as a result of very low stream velocity. Therefore laminar flow is not an influence of stream velocity, but is a result of it.
