massive amounts of money to come to the USA and become American citizens when there are plenty of people who were born in the USA that are equally as intellegant as these foreigners? Why was the government during the 1st Bushes presidency paying people from Iraq $50,000. to become US citizens? Wheres my $50,000.00 for already being a US citizen?

Wouldn't it make more sense to pay our ghetto slugs and homosexuals $50,000 to move to Nigeria, or better yet France. Now I wouldn't complain for a minute about that!

Number 1, who says the government is doing any such thing?

Number 2, anyone who can't spell intelligent correctly (or at least be smart enough to use the YA "check spelling" feature) would not likely be entitled to $50K, would they?

Chances are, if the government is paying people that kind of money to become citizens, it's because they already have skills that we need here that no US citizens possess. But I doubt it's happening.

Money is being given to foreigners as incentives and it is a good government policy in order to entice the best from other countries.
