I think the best way for someone to express something is through action but words are also good

Sometimes words cannot express how you feel. But pictures/art/music can in my opinion. For me it's music. That's my passion. I think you can express just about everything through actions well.

I doubt that one thing can explain everything. All are interpreted in different ways by different people, so opinions of what is being expressed varies... Frankly, I can't choose. :-)
