There are some great re-mixes and digital remasters of Carmen Cavallaro out there -- excellent.
Peter Nero has a lot of recordings and he's still performing -- also exclellent.
And don't forget the "Simply Grand" and "Simply Grand 2" albums of pianist Gary Clark --really great listenable romantic stuff!

Michel Camilo.....he's known for being very fast on the piano.......very good entertainer too.
