If you will practice what you are going to say and do the presentation will go a lot better for you. I have had the same problems just recently and I have been very nervous at first but then I practice and all turns out well. Also it helps to know that even if you do mess up no one will laugh at you and if they do it doesn't matter anyway. If you just practice well and don't think about it much you will do just fine. I am one of the most shy people I have seen and I have done really well on my presentations. Good Luck

Stop thinking about what you can mess up and instead think about what you can do right. Everyone gets nervous, it happens, and you have to support your friend, if you're fine with presenting. Some people are just better at that stuff. Practice and give your friend a pep-talk. Make her laugh or happy before the presentation so she won't think so much about being nervous. And make sure that you both believe in and understand what you're talking about! Good luck!

Practice together...then when the time comes tell her to focus on the presentation and nothing else...

Stage fright isn't uncommon...and I have it too...I HATED speech class in college with a passion, but it was mandatory so I made it through...

Tell your friend you'll be right there with her, so she won't be alone up there...and y'all want a good grade and are going to kcik butt!

Tell her to act as if she's not afraid. Acting "as if" can get you through any situation in your life. Act as if it doesn't bother you and don't allow yourself (mind over matter) to think of anything except exactly what you WANT to feel. When she gives her presentation she should walk up and act as if she has done it her whole life, she has to think it and believe it. I swear this works.

it is unerving to have a nervous team mate ,reassure her that if she has put in the necessary effort things should go well ,if it's team work you will have to work doubly hard on this ,hope the outcome is good.
