Simply put: Radiant energy from the sun powers photosynthesis in plants, synthesizing carbon dioxide and water into sugars (which carry the energy). When we eat and our cells absorbs these nutrients, they are broken down, releasing the energy we use to power our own biochemical processes.

Well, it's a fairly long cycle. Here's an example.
1. The sun shines on the ocean, allowing phytoplankton to grow.
2. Smaller fish eat the phytoplankton.
3. They, in turn, are eaten by larger fish, like tuna.
4. Tuna can be made into tuna sandwiches.
There you go!

its something to do with photosynthesis. anyhow the energy from the plants get into our bodies somehow and then they are changed to be able to be used in our bodies.

many ways, mainly the plants process the energy with photosynthesis and turn it into starches and sugars and then we eat the plants or something that ate the plants.
