(C) Exon. It sounds counter-intuitive that INtrons are EXcluded in transcriptrion and EXons are INcluded for tranlation.

Anticodon is incorrect because the anticodon is the complementary base triplet for the codon located on mRNA.

I'm not quite sure "transcriptions" is referring to, but I'm guessing it's just thrown in there as a trap.
