mmm i thought we cry to help clean debris out of the eye and i'm sure my mate's cat has got a problem with its tear ducts, so maybe animals can cry. (Except poor Frank whose ducts are blocked)

Why we do it when we're sad or upset? I haven't a clue but hey you can come and cry on my shoulder if you want ;)

We were created in the image of God; we also have other
attributes of God. The bible says Jesus wept in John chapter 11,
Jesus was God in the flesh. We also shed tears as Jesus did &
have other God given abilities that only mankind was blessed with.
We have a soul that will live forever, either in hell or in heaven.
