Michael Jackson is the scarecrow of the "Wiz" which is another movie of the WIZARD OF OZ, but just an african-american version at the time.

By tracing M Jackson's lineage back, it can be demonstrated that one of his great grandparents was a step brother of the Scarecrow. Though there are proponents that believe the pasty tone of scarecrow and jackson could indicate a direct descendancy, However, like most hollywood scandals, it will be almost impossible to prove.

Just follow the yellow brick road...

YES! :D *rofl* =))

Just not the way you think....

Do a Search for "stage plays" (or "broadway plays") and "The Wiz" sometime...turns out in the late 1970s, there was an Afrocentric remake of the _Wizard of Oz_ going, and in the day it was a wildly successful musical.

And guess who played the *newspaper-stuffed* Scarecrow, who only knew what was in the *articles* in the paper he was stuffed with? ;)

Yep, Michael Jackson. Junior even. And one could argue it was the most *intelligent* role of his life. =))

Hold on a moment, let me find the Wiki link to back it up....be right back.

Are you on something? Ray Bolger played the Scarecrow in the Wizard of Oz and he was a white man. He is no relation to Michael Jackson.
The movie was made long before Michael became Michael if you get what I mean.

They simply are not related in any way.

Michael Jackson played the role of the Scarecrow in the movie version of "The Wiz"

the song he sang, "you can't win" is original to the movie and the rights to perform it must be purchased from his estate separately from the rights to perform the show.

the two black yet no longer appropriate. I prefer Jesse could purely get a existence. Now he's over there with Jackson's kinfolk conversing approximately how he's suspicious of Jackson's dying. What a douch bag.
