I need lots of energy for two hours of basketball tryouts, and i need to know what i can use. I am in very good shape, but I need something for just the little bit extra.
Help please.

Eat carbohydrates. Pasta, rice, breads

All depends the type of energy that you need and for how long.

Natural energy can be nuts (peanuts/ pecans etc.) or carbohydrates (pasta/bread etc).
Sleeping 8+ hrs: well rested. (no distractions at night and reaching REM)
Exercising (anaerobic like running, reaching your max heart beat)

You can try caffeine found in coffee and energy drinks (red bull or Rock Star) or pills (No Doze) (WARNING: But check with you doctor for any of these last things I mentioned).

you should have a bottle of gatorade with you to keep you hydrated and make sure you have some sort of fruit with you befor you try out like at lunch or something. Good luck
