ok let me make it a little better set out, ejaculation on her panties, enough to where it is damp in that spot, though it is clearly above her vagina, they are somewhat thin, and are made of cotton and synthetics (like most normal pairs)

Well, she started her period at around 2 am this morning, so seems to me that there isnt anything to worry about anymore

Sperm needs fluid to travel. Semen usually dries rather quickly and I doubt that it's possible to get a girl pregnant from a dry pair of panties., Im just going by what you said here in this question, hope it helps

It's extremely unlikely, but if sperm/semen gets anywhere near the vagina- it is possible (however unlikely it may be).

You know it is possible. Sperm can get you pregnant even if your partner doesn't ejaculate fully...be careful.
