My period is super heavy this month. Its only my first day and I'm going though Super+ tampons with a pad in like 2 hours. Is it ok to wear 2 tampons at the same time? I mean I know of the TSS and how it is caused but it state wear a size that is only fit for you flow. So that is my question I guess, Can I wear 2 tampons to fit my flow?

I wouldn't wear 2 tampons. It may not be safe. Why don't you try super tampons along with pads. It's what I do when I'm heavy.

Well, I've never been CLOSE to that heavy so I may not be qualified to answer you. I certainly wouldn't wear two. They stop at Super Plus for a reason. If it's not normal, go to the Doc. Good luck

No. When you put the second one in, you will push the string for the first one inside, and it will be hell to try to get it out. Change your tampons/pads often. It's the only thing you can do.

i wouldn't maybe like a tampon and a pad if its really heavy wear a more heavier pad too, and maybe think about bc it will help with how heavy your period is.

First off, women only go so far up, are they actually short enough that two could fit without feeling them? I have never thought of this... :-o

Basically, I wouldn't, that can't be too good of an idea, sorry. If you feel it's abnormally heavy, talk to your doctor.

I dont think i would try it either.. sounds to risky, of one getting pushed to far up! Explain that one, when you go to the ER, stating youve lost a tampon! hehehe Trust me.. been there done that, Its freakin horribly embarrassing!

I wouldn't. Get a maxi pad, they do make overnighters now. This way it would lessen your risk of toxic shock syndrome.
