Ok so I dont even know this girls name but I wanna be friends with her, I took someones advice and asked her for pen when I was waiting for the bus. So what should I say when I give it back to her? I dont wanna go asking her out because I dont know if she has a BF or not.

First of all it doesn't matter if she has a boy friend or not, if she likes you enough she wont even think of her boyfriend unless shes married or something and sometimes that don't even matter. Just be yourself if you want a relationship, if not and you only want her for a few nights lie through your teeth and tell her everything she wants to hear. but do your research first find out from someone what she likes and wants. If you cant do that use your judgement of character. good luck buddy

Don't give it back and wait for her to ask for it. When she does, thank her for it and see if she wants to meet up sometime to hang out. If she has a boyfriend she will tell you.

She's distinctly warm, i might say the skatebording component is a sprint tramp like, scene little ones kinda piss me off, however the bi component is a win win for you. different than the scene component (that's great. P u.s.) i might say definatlu decide for it
