Don't look at the audience at all! Do a lot of movement. When you move a lot, your mind will be set to those movements and not on your stage fright. And if you do have stage fright, those movements will make it less obvious to the audience. Remember, everyone came to watch you do your best, not your worst...so they're all rooting for you without giving you any pressure at all (considering that you said you have awesome acting and singing skills.) Take DEEP breathes before you go on. Everytime you are not talking or singing (while another actor is singing or talking) just refresh yourself since the audience isn't paying attention to you at the time. When your co-actor is finished with his/her dialouge and its your turn, you will be completely refreshed and the words will come straight out like you're talking from the top of your head!

Use everytime you have when the audience is not focused on you to refresh yourself.

Refresh time:

1. Take deep breathes

2. Go over your next lines

3. Warm your body with a little movement.

4. DO NOT LOOK AT THE AUDIENCE

5. Remember how you would feel if you saw someone mess up on stage. You wouldn't boo for him right? You'd root for him to pick him/herself up and do their best. That's what everyone is doing for you.

Good luck!

Stage fright... A common thing to have. Pretend That you are singing to yourself. that helps. When you are looking to the audience, Pretend you are looking at a star, singing for a wish. But acting is easier than you think.

Hope I was a help! (I was in a commercial)

Relaxation techniques and positive self-talk. Whenever that little voice tries to point out how scared you are, or how many people there are watching you, just tell it to shut up, or replace that negative thought with something like, "I really enjoy singing" or "I really enjoy showing people what I can do" "I am good at singing on the stage" "I really like sharing my talent"...If you keep planting those "I like..." statements in your head, then it will come true!
