I would go with a Cucumber.....you are aware that they have few to work with in the first place , then with all the work they can do, they simply work off the rest........

Vegetables have almost no calories to begin with - so any effort you make to eat them burns more energy than they provide......
Almost all green vegetables have 0 to low calories - vegetables that are a different color (carrots, tomatoes, beets, etc) do have some natural sugars.
While some argue that mushrooms are a vegetable, they are not - they are a fungus, but they do have a zero calorie value.
