Hiya King. Contestants get a bunch of numbered suitcases that have dollar amounts in them. There is corresponding numbers on a lighted billboard. Every time a case is opened the dollar amount inside the case is removed from the board. The idea is to not open the case with the million dollars until the end. As the cases are opened a producer in a darkened booth makes cash offers to the contestants based on how they are doing in the game. That should get you started, It took us about 2 shows to figure out what the heck was going on.

The contestant selects one of the suitcases...The amount of money that is represented in the suitcase is then considered guaranteed winnings for the contestant.
However, they don't know what's in the suitcase, and have the opportunity to sell it, in the event that they don't think it's a big number.
By selecting other suitcases, and opening them to see what dollar amount is represented in each, the contestant can deduce whether or not their previously selected suitcase contains a lot or a little.
The banker also can deduce what is in the suitcase, and will make offers to the contestant to purchase their suitcase.
The concept is that the banker wants to buy it for as low a price as possible...The contestant wants the banker to buy it for as high a price as possible (or for their suitcase to contain $1 million, ideally).
The amounts that the banker will offer are based on what dollar values from among the list have been exposed. If there are a lot of low-value suitcases left, the banker may assume that the contestant's suitcase contains only $5...therefore, his offer would be low. If there are a lot of high-value suitcases left, the banker could assume that the contestant's suitcase contains $1 million, therefore, his offer would be higher. The contestant has the opportunity to tell the banker that he has made a good "Deal", or that they disagree, and therefore will say "No Deal".
