I recently read an article where it stated that relationships between White men and Asian/Latin women are on average the most successful interracial couplings when taken in to account how long they last and opinion survey's from the couples themselves. I know these things aren't 100% accurate all the time, but I'm white and have been intrested in dating an Asian or Latin women for some time now, but have always thought that at the end of they don't work out. So this article really made me think and gave me reason to believe it can work. In the article it even said that these relationships are now lasting longer then relationships between white men and women! So the question is really to white guys who've been in these sorts of relationships, what have been your expierence? Do you think it can work?

=I am a female but I feel I can answer this question. I personally now 6 couple of this mix who have been happily married for a awhile. Yes they get looks from folks that do not know them but to those that do they represent the perfect couple. I think it has to do with the woman's culture and upbringing vs women in the US. They haven't become "americanized" so to speak and are at peace stayng at home and taking care of their husband and children. Good luck

How in the world do you group Latino women and Asian women together. They are totally opposite.
I have been around both. My best friend growing up was Mexican and I have also been around many Asians.
The Asian girls are usually submisive (they take more crap from their man), they are more money oriented (it is top on their list when they marry) and their man is the center of their affection.
Latin women are fiery in personality. They rule the roost. Their family is important to them. But they can have a hot personality. They are very seductive and know what they want.
White men can match either, I have seen it work. And the same for white women. My niece is married to a Mexican man and it is a good match. My Nephew is married to a Phillipino girl and somehow they match.
Dont go looking for a particular race, look for love and that match made in heaven. It is possible for all.

I'm Latina and my husband is white (blond hair blue eyes).
I don't think race has much to do with it other than the fact that I was attracted to him because of what he looks like. But he is also very intelligent and we had a lot in common.
His parents both "frowned upon it" but I married him, not his parents. I won't let negativity from them ruin or effect our relationship.

I'm bi racial (black and Latina) and i have dated a lot of white guys it just works because our personalities clicked and I'm not saying that ethnicity does not come in to question i just think that it depends on the person and if you and her are compatible

i don't think race makes a bit of difference. it's what you like about another person and the feelings you have for them that really counts. basically, it's what's inside that matters.
