either choose from the following:
1) says bless you, but dont get no response of a thank you
2) doesnt say anything, only certain times
3) decide to say it, but then realize your 5 seconds to late
4) didnt say it loud enough, so your not sure if the other person heard, and you dont feel like saying it again coz youll feel like an idiot if they did hear it
5) Is interupted by another sneeze or sneezes when saying bless you
6) All of the above
