It takes about two weeks for pregnancy hormones to be released into your system. Take a test two weeks after the day you thought you might have conceived. If it is negative, wait another two weeks and take another. If that one is negative and you still feel that you might be and your period has come yet, go get a blood pregnancy test.
Urine pregnancy test are free at most local clinics but blood test will cost you a little something, so that is why I say wait, especially if you dont have the money right now. I wish you the best of luck and I really hope this helps you worry a little less:-)

You can take a urine test up to 4 days prior to getting your next period. I would take it on the day you are supposed to get your period if you don't get it that morning though. I am not sure about the blood test though. Good luck!

For blood tests, you can go as early as 10 days after conception however they aren't as accurate as if you wait until you are late.....Urine tests....I would try first response.....the test detected the pregnancy hormone in 69% of women 4 days before their missed period, 83% of women 3 days before and 93% 1-2 days before your missed period. It is all going to depend on how much hormone is in your system. if you can afford it then I would say go for the blood test bc it is prolly going to be more accurate. Good Luck

Give it about a week after you miss your period, and if the test comes out possitive then go get checked out and make sure.

If you are pregnant the test will show regardless but its better to wait closer to expected period so you know for sure, I would go ahead and wait 1-2 more weeks unless youre inpatient go ahead it wont hurt to take one now and another later.
