yes. medicaid will cover your medical expenses starting right now because you are pregnant. Your local health department offers a WIC (women, infants, and children) program that will give you coupons for healthy food and baby formula. also you are entitled to an extra tax refund just for having a child once you have the baby. for more information on financial help you should find a family planning clinic... they will be able to help you find all the help you qualify for. congradulations, but it is going to be very hard, especially since youre rather broke (it sounds like anyways) Good luck.

Well Hun I know exactly how you feel. I just turned 16 when I found out I was pregnant. I was scared, freaked out and thought about abortion as well. And I am against it completely. I Never had an abortion and I am truly grateful for that today. My beautiful daughter is now 6 years old and I could not imagine life without her. There are so many people who cannot have children that would be so grateful if you put baby up for adoption. I know once you see your baby or hold baby for the first time you will fall in love and be so thankful for your little blessing. My world and life changed when I got pregnant. My daughter changed me for the better. I liked to party and what not. I stopped for my baby and I have no regrets doing so. Eating You Can see a dietitian or any health professional about. A Multi vitamin will be a great start. And sickness I never had once with her. I did have a bit of morning sickness with my next baby and it didn't last the entire time. They can also give you a pill that helps with sickness. I also had depression as well as you and I have anxiety issues/ Panic attacks. I did it, That doesn't mean you have to or should feel bad if you can't. Just think very hard about it and seek other advice. Hope all goes well. Take care

There are alot of programs out there for pregnant teens. My sister is 19 and just had her son and she worked part time until she had him. She has medical assistance through the state and she is on WIC. I don't know what state you are in but ask your prenatal doctor for info about different programs. Your doctor should know some. If not, look it up on the internet. WIC is a wonderful source because they give food for you and then for the baby when he/she is born. Congrats and good luck.

Your probably not going to be stable. However there are programs that are set up to help in most states. Check with the local government city, state, and county. If it is your intent to keep the baby churches and religous sites are generally willing to help. Actually check out some anti-abortion sights, there pretty good about coming up with aid. If all else fails there's always adoption. Or the other a-word (I don't recommend it but it's your choice). Good luck and welcome to adult hood much too soon.

Hi.. well i was 19 when i had my son and i was employed part time at a pizza place. I was low income and had a hard time supporting myself. my boyfriend had left me as well and there was no way he was helping at all. Did you look into the states help.? You could get insurance threw them for you and the baby. also there is. wic. they will give you food stamps for milk and eggs and juice and formula for the baby. but there is no such thing as free money. It helped me out a lot...!! also if you need help with baby clothes or other items there is this website www.freecycle.org and that site is completely free. they give things away such as baby clothes and baby related items. and everything else under the sun. look into it..

Yes. Go to your local health department and there is a thing called WIC. It stands for women, infants, and children. They will give you vouchers for food for yourself while your pregnant and vouchers for the baby for formula after he/she is born. When he/she gets old enough to eat they will give you vouchers for food for the child. I think it lasts until he/she is 5 years old. You can get food stamps and housing assistance too. They base it on our income so you can still work part-time for money for like diapers and things. It's OK girl hang in there and congrats. Be strong and try to do it all your self. You don't need anyone's help

Yes. You are smart to start looking for resources now. Also, you will need to obtain child support from the dad. Go to your social services office, and start the ball rolling. They will let you know what they can offer you as well as other resources you can access. Good luck and best wishes for a happy healthy baby!

yes there are. go to your local social services office or your local health dept. tell them what your situation is and they can help point you in the right direction of where you need to go and what you need to do to receive finacial asst. they have WIC which will help you with formaula and there's always food stamps and try looking in section 8 housing in your area (also HUD). you can also sign up for medicaid which will cover your doctor and hospital bills and then sign up for TANF (temporary assistance for needy families) and there is a program that you can apply for that will help you pay for your heating and cooling (no matter what kind of heating or cooling it may be) all of these things helped me get back on my feet after a bad separation that left me with nothing. good luck, and i hope you find what you need!

There are several things you can look into like Medicaid which pays the baby's medical expenses and WIC which will help pay for formula and food for the baby and you can also check into the HUD program or whatever housing program there is where you are and they should help you pay your rent......a job should cover everything else....
