Not drinking copious amounts of tea and or coffee. By not smoking. Anything else is just a waste of money.

I saw a special news thing the otherday that said almost all products that claim to whiten teeth are inefeective. They tested crest and other brands and products on several people over a period of several weeks and none of the patients had good results. Even the laser whitening that costs thousands of dollars didnt show a significant difference. They recommend that you brush daily, and stay away from tea, red wine and coffee.

Crest white strips do work very well, that is what i always get if i want to whiten my teeth, i don't even usually use the whole box and i get the results i want.

easiest and cheapest is to put baking soda into a glass of warm water and wash your teeth with that, but if you want great results those crest whitening strips work great, but can cause tooth sensitivity

there is a couple of ways. u can go to the oral surgeon or get crest white strips or any toothpaste that has the word whitening in it such as colgate.
