1 mole of an atomic mass unit = 1 g.
Actually it mostly defined as 1 mole of C12 = 12 g.

okay for mass you take the amount of the element in moles and mulitiple it but the molar mass of the element so on Ca you would take 3 and multiple it by40 to get 120 for Fe you would take 4 and muiltiple it by55.78 which you woulf gt 223.12 so 223 works mass of the next one wouls be 2 multiplied by 18 to get 36 then for the last one you would change equations440.1 divided by its molar mass which is 44 to get 10
