y = m (x-x1) + y1
m=slope (so m=2)
x1 and y1 are the coordinates. Just plug your numbers in and expand the m(x-x1) part.

y=mx+b x=2 y=1 m=2 1=2(2)+b 1=4+b b= -3

For point (H,K) and slope m, point slope form is:

y - K = m(x - H)

So inserting what we've got:
y - 1 = 2(x - 2)
