Like to get in to a good college like a UC or even just a private college specificly in California and the east coast.

If you are a guy...46 or 47...for a girl...52 or 53. It really depends on the school you want to attend. UC really has a good team, so the above numbers would be a good gauge. Sometimes you can get a full ride to other schools with higher numbers if they are looking to "develop" their atheletes. Do some research on the schools track meets and see what the current athletes are running...and call the coach to make sure. Good luck!

The best thing is to fill out the NCAA database form. To be able to qualify for a college scholarship or competing, the NCAA made a requirement a few years ago about student athletes entering information. The coaches will contact you. I do know someone who was offered an athletic scholarship for volleyball. In reference to the time for the 400 meter dash is dependent on which division the school belongs to. Good luck!

my guess would be low 50s to high 40s. I have many friends who are on scholarship at division 1 schools with those times.
