i need to find a good priced software that lets you fill in pictures you draw like in a good way not colore pencil ?? i want to color in my pictures professinally but i can't find the stuff at a good price help!

Get Photoshop Elements its a lot cheaper than CS2 and pretty much does the same thing with less complexity. You can find it for around $100 and usually comes with a rebate offer of $10-$15. Very reasonable and very user friendly.

lot cheaper then regular version for the regular folks

you need adobe photo shop that is what the best use.
