In this order: Pay off debts.
Buy my family a nice, but not too flashy, house, and furnish it.
Buy another, simple house to rent out, an investment property. (cash back that way)
Put my kids through school.
Buy myself a decent car.
Any left over i would spend on my family, including my mum, dad, brother and sister. Give some to a reputable charity, perhaps sponsor a child through World Vision or something.

Put 300,000 into a good retirement investment scheme for myself and my husband; put 300,000 into a trust for my daughters (college and first house), give 100,000 to my husband to pay off business loans, put 100,000 into a good investment for daily living (use the interest to supplement my income now), give 100,000 away to charities and just blow 100,000 on travel and house furnishings.

(-: This is if it was all windfall, like winning the lottery -- I hope you are talking after taxes. If it were all mine by the sweat of my brow, it would probably be all in retirement and school investments. Or so I'd like to think.
