if the old person was describing the teenager as a brat?

I'm not old yet, but I would think that this is the way someone over 65 would think:

she talks to fast, her skirt is to short & her shirt is to low, her jeans are to tight & she needs to be a lady !

Here it is. Such a young speciman, still has a lot
to learn about life; one day will be on her own;
has to choose her friends who can help her to
adapt to lifes ups and downs; and finally grows
up to be a lady.

depends on how old your old person is....but i would think hmm unworldly (well, not all are) umm many are on like an independence streak because they're trying to find themselves....if that makes sense

use young words...."she was like springtime" ... other active adjectives like bubbling, etc... sounds good?
