please help me to calculate millimeter with my ruler

Isnt there a 2 sides to a ruler and one has centimetres and one has millimetres.......Maybe that is just in Australia......lol....

There are 2.5cms to an inch and there are 250mm to an inch.

On a 12 in ruler, if it has centimeters, on the centimeter side, 1/10 of a centimeter is a millimeter

in other words the smallest line in the centimeter section on a 12in ruler

Usually the tiniest little slash marks are the millimeters on a meter stick.

Any decent ruler should already be calibrated in millimetres.
1 inch equals 25.4 mm.

1 inch = 2.54 centimeters = 25.4 millimeters

see the centimeter side?
its the side opposite the inches?
the lines inbetween the centimeters, are mm.
there are 10 for ever centimeter.

I think no need to know how to calculate milimeter with your ruler because you just need to see the 'cm' then convert it to 'mm' .
1cm=10mm

well its a half of a centimeter. so you'll see little lines in between the centimeters
