Remember, beer is left in for 20 minutes. Mayo is left in for 30. Creamed corn is left in for 45 minutes if you want maximum conditioning & moisturizing effect. :)

Better question is why do you have cream corn in your hair in the first place?
But, if that is what you want and it is suppose to be good for your hair, I would say keep it in there for 30-45 minutes. Then really wash all of that stuff out!
