Ok,George Bush is resisting a partnership With Iran and Syria and is calling for isolation.While Tony Blair wants a partnership to help stabilise Iraq.
What are your thoughts on this?What will this conflict betweeen to two leader mean for stability in the middle east/iraq?

They are only on the same page ("B") in the encyclopedia.
Anywhere else, they're ideologically very different people.

I think Tony Blair is finally opening his eyes. He is no longer on the same page as Bush. The elections seem to have opened his eyes more than Bushes. Blair wants out of Iraq, and Bush is not the way to do that. What is Bush's problem with talking to someone?........is he actually afraid he might come up with a deal?

My thoughts on this are it is just their way of resolving the dumb situation they caused in the first place.
First we had the glorious alliance that started the war, now we have an apparent difference in opinion, i.e. we don't have a clue what to do now.
Anybody want to back the next step is 'look we tried our best, now the UN can sort out our mistakes.' That UN for the more observant amongst you will be the same one they steadfastly ignored at the start of all this war nonsense.
It means you can be sure there will be instability in the middle east for some years to come.

Blair is right, of course, for once. But the idiot in Washington can barely read, so how can you expect him to even find the page?
The last I heard, Britain was an independent country and free to make its own decisions. Correct me if I'm wrong.
