If you are in business together then I believe that you will be treated as equal partners in law (just because there's no written agreement it doesn't mean there isn't a legal partnership) and she would have as much right as you to make any business decisions.

If you think that she is acting against the interests of the partnership your best course of action would be to consult a soliciitor

This is like translating Egyptian in order to answer you, but I do get a sense of your question, even though it is buried in your writing. You do not trust your partner, period. How is that for a summary? Well, being kind and caring, you can bring all this front and center, and with a little patience probably clear it completely up with her, but both of you must come to the table for clarity to happen. If you let this uncertainty fester, you are asking for trouble, together with loss of funds. Spare both of you the trouble of a rougher reckoning later, by calling her on all this right now, but in a polite and caring way. There is no reason to be insulting just because you are expressing anger. Which you are. Anyone would be angry under the circumstances. If you cannot get a clear signal from her, it is time for you to walk this way and for her to walk that way over there. Try to settle in a friendly way if it comes to that. Life has a strange and wonderful way of tossing us into the laps of our enemies, so it behooves us not to have any. Be kind, but for God's sake, be firm. Don't be afraid to put your foot down. Best to you, always. Chris.

In my view, sit down and ask her if she is prepared to put her name on a joint account. If she refuses, I suggest that you cancel ,if practical , everything in your name and start again. As it stands ,you are responsible for all the debt and she can walk away with no liability what so ever. Cancel all your credit cards and any other sources which enables her to spend your money.
After all,if she refuses to accept responsibility for her expenditure,is she worth keeping?
