say you see some chick you would really like to "get" well in an open marriage you can and the wife cant get mad. you have some one there with you on those cold lonely nights and to discuss how shitty your day was but you dont have to have sx with just her!

No. Doesn't work for normal people raised in decent homes where parents spent thier time with one person at a time. Check and see if she is up to something else and using open marriage as an excuse to be with someone while you're out chasing your tail with other women. Is this really what you want to do? Risk emotional detachment, disease, low self esteem? If you need to spice up your sex life, there are a million ways. Don't bring other people into the bedroom, you're just adding to the divorce statistics. If she wants to have sex with other guys, give her the name and number to your divorce attorney and tell her he'll do her real good. Otherwise, you're asking for trouble.

already but the important thing is your relationship she is married to you and if you don't want it then it doesn't happen but if you are then the two of you need to sit down and talk about it and set up some rules.I've seen it were the women is all for it until she see's her husband with someone else and changes her mind some women will think its a oneway street she can play while her man stay's home. Your kidding right. Yes, it does work for some. But if you really on-line asking that question and not your wife, you already know the answer. Yes trust is the issue, but you and your wife would have had to have this feeling before your marriage. What feelings...to be opened in your relationship.
My husband asked me after less then 2 years of marriage...I had to laugh. And say no. he was comfortable enough to ask me because we had that type of relationship.

open marriages last about five years on average, the relationship looses the bond of love during this period and people just drift away if you decide to go into an open marriage you have to understand this, you are opening a can of worms that you can never stop. each one of you could find someone during this time period who captures your heart and drives you away from each other. is opening your marriage worth the gamble of loosing her for good. when woman ask for an open marriage it is usually because they have found someone else they are already interested in, in a physical and romantic way. it tell me your relationship has already reached the point where their are problems in it, either correct it or expect for her to discuss divorce, because she has already decided she loves you but she don't love you

depends on botyh couples and what they want out of it. for some yes. for many women main concern is to have a family and kids and a roof over there head. and the hubby can find sex elsewhere some arn't to keen in giving it let alone trying out differnt things. so if it works for them both why not. best to have both parties happy and they both get what they want.
