I'm pretty sure that this practice is frowned upon in all 50 states whether or not there are actually statutes on the books prohibiting it. If you're determined to get a little extra-species loving, I suggest that you emigrate to a country where it's not only legal, but encouraged. A quick check of Wikipedia gave me the following options for your unusual tastes in partners: Peru, Greece and New Zealand.

Well, if you don't have mental issues, I'd have to say that I don't know of ANY states that even allow such a thing.
But I do know it's legal to have sex with horses in the state of Washington.......(saw that clip on Mind of Mencia)
