Is American National Public Radio (NPR) available on shortwave or AM?

To my knowlege, NPR is mostly available on FM frequencies. However, you can probably get many NPR stations via computer and streaming audio. Enjoy!

Depending on where you live, NPR can broadcast on either the AM or FM band. Where I live it's on the FM band because I live in a major city. In rural areas, it might be on the AM band.

I can only get it on FM.
