I thought about plain water but that doesn't seem like it will get the job done. I don't want to scratch the screen oo clean it with a chemical that might harm it.

Believe it or not, water and a soft cloth will usually do it.
If needed a very mild detergent is okay, like Windex but make sure there is no Ammonia in any of the cleaners you use.
I've had my flat panel for a year and have used nothing but plain water and a soft cloth on it. So far everything has cleaned off just fine.

First improve the cpu to a pentium 4 round 2.76GHz (unmarried center). second improve the ram to 1GB (max). third, ordinary up the problematical rigidity or purchase a clean one to position stuff on (like music videos and footage. also contained in the shape you get a clean hard rigidity strengthen it to an sata hard rigidity if the motherboard helps it or get the cardboard for it. this may be the necessary residing house computing with little or no gaming in touch.

There are cleaners especially made for flat screen monitors and laptops, I use them and get great results, I'd be hesitant to use anything else.

use a micro fiber cloth. same as u would 4 a plasma tv or port. dvd player.
