Slave cylinder??

Do you have to take the clutch, pressure plate, and throwout barring out before you change the slave cylinder of a 1997 S-10 pickup?

No, but the transmission needs to be removed to get to it. It's bolted to the inside of the transmission on that truck. Be careful not to screw up the line that goes to it when removing the tranny.
