for example, i have a flash presentation that i want them to view on their own workstations. how will i do that. server is windows server 2000

That depends on exactly what you're trying to accomplish. If you want everyone to see your presentation all at the same time, you should use a multicast to all the IP addresses you're wanting to reach.
Otherwise, create a folder, drop your flash presentation into it, then share it to everyone on the network. Then find a way to get them to run the flash. You could e-mail a link, map the drive or create a batch file.

need to setup a share directly that everyone has right to. That drive would be mapped as a Y drive, for example, and if you put that file in that directory, everyone will be able to see it and run it.
