Okay pour lightly milk down your nose or maybe you prefer your mouth..Then plug your ears, close your mouth but do not swallow the milk the same goes for the nose plug your nose and then blow softly with alittle pressure and the milk should come out of your eye where the tears flow....It all has to do with the nasal passages that are connected to your eyes, nose and throat..and also your ears are all connected....That why they have E>N>T> physicians.....

You have to be born with this ability, not everyone can do it. It is caused by an abnormal tear duct/ sinus linkage. milk at the back of the throat goes up into the sinuses and into the tear duct.
take a mouthful of milk and get someone to make you laugh, if you have the abnormal duct, milk will come out your eye, if not i hope your friend knows cpr.

the key is to snort some milk through ur nose then force it out of ur Eye...check out the video and good luck.

tilt your head back,pour milk in eye,tilt head forward,and watch milk come out!
